How do you setup a 401k plan? Okay...listen. Keep it real simple. |

You sign up with your employer.
They will begin deducting money from your check and putting it in the funds you specify.

You can either go directly to your HR or given the size of NIKE it's more likely that you can sign up on your company's intranet website. Look for the retirement plan/employee benefits pages. It's probably in there.

go to hr and they will have all of the paper work!!! remember to adjust your w-4 since you are reducing you net you should be reducing you taxes also!!!!
