Which is a better investment , a FRS( Florida Retirement system) or a 401k ? F.R.S@3%. verses 401K?. |

99.99% of the time the 401K will be the better option.
I get 5% on my savings, why take 3% in the FRS? (4.5% after taxes)

I've made over 10% every year in my 401k plan, plus your company may match part of your contributions (25-100%) -that's free money
