Wrongful Termination

I have a case that has been going on for 7 years, I went through Legal Services of Indiana and I recently found out that my case was closed for not showing up in court, my lawyer that they had assigned has recently quit his job there without letting me know that the outcome of the case was, I was under the impression that it was still ongoing until January 25th 2008, when I called the office and they told me that he no longer worked there. So I called the Federal Courts to find out why the case was close they proceeded to tell me and sent me paperwork on the case which turned out to be 3 cases that I did not know anything about. I have contacted several lawyers and no one is willing to take the case and I need to why? All I want is my health benefits and life insurance and my 401K and my stock options, I already recieve disability so that now is not a problem for me, it has been very stressful for me during the 7 years that this has been going on, I have been evicted because I did not have any income, My question is what do I do, it is very complicated. I would like to proceed with this because I feel that I was misrepresented by the lawyer where I was not able to tell my side because he never told me when we were due in court, nor would he elaborate on the case he would always avoid me when I called sometimes and I would drop in on him to find out what was going on with the case and now he no longer works there what can I do?
