It is hard and I wish I could tell you something that would make things right. The system trys to get the absent parent to pay thier child support, but it is differecuilt exspecially if your ex has not paid in taxes to get any tax refunds,so you can't get any money that way. The only options for you are to take him back to court for contempt of court for non child support payments,if you do this then the judge will send a summons for him to appear in court to answer to the contempt charges. Your ex can get his drivers licence suspended, his checks can be garnished,if he is not working under the table. In some state if a parent owes a certain amount of child support, the state can prosucute and then it cecomes a felony and he can spend some time in jail. If he owns a home you can also put a lien on his home, when he goes to sell it then you would get your child support.

They know where he is working I gave them that info over three months ago they even confirmed that he was working there but they aren't garnishing his wages cause they don't know where he lives but he lives in the same place he never moved he was just saying he moved out of his wife's house so he doesn't have to pay child support. I took a picture of him down to D.H.R so they would know what he looks like so they could go to his house an have the cops pick him up that was over 2 month ago. He has nothing in his name its all in his wife's name. His wife keeps saying he doesn't live there but he does live there they know where he works but haven't garnished his wages i do not understand any of this

Oh boy, okay first contact OCSE in your state.
2. If he is working off the books call the IRS.
3. What ever info you have for him owning, or working give it to OCSE. Write them a letter or go to welfare too and complain get Medicaid and let them know he has a father! And they should take it from there.
