Where can i find quadro forms to fill out and what other papers do i need? Im recently divorced and awarded the 401k. can i do this without a lawyer? |

Since everytime I answer one of the questions about qualified domestic relations orders; the peopel get mad at me; I am just going to link you to the horses mouth
I do want to say, this, in my opinion, is the least desirbale way to split up this asset.
