What's everyone doing for new years? Any good plans this year? |

I was going to post this question, but was going to wait till at least mid December to post it.
I'll be going to the best event that Denver has seen in years for New Years Eve.
Rabbit in the Moon live. with the full stage show, everything, including the chainsaws. *drool* This is truly one of the best stage shows you will ever see. Also spinning that night is Kimble Collins and a bunch of the local djs.
The cheaper presale tickets went fast, but at $45, it is still a deal :)

After 14 years i was laid off from oakcraft inc. i had a loan against my 401k, however we are in dire straights and need the income. i have reached 58 1/2 years of age. how do i go about withdrawing my 401k and what penalty will i face by doing this? jesus rodriquez
He had 401k with general mills and never changed the beneficiaries. we were married and he was 53 years old with 3 kids, daughter 22 years old (actual beneficiary), and two boys 3 and 1 year old. thanks for your help
I am 21 years old and still a senior in college, my father had a accident and left a 401k to me , i really don't know what to do and i don't want to pay fee or taxes .i also have a younger sister 18 years old that i want to share with.my dad only put my name as a beneficially in his account....
