What is the law in va? My husband and I are newlyweds. All are finances and debts are seperate. He has family land that he would like to pass down to his 4 grown children. I suspect that he would like to leave them some money too. I have 1 grown son that I would like to provide for. Neither one of us has a will. My name is on nothing, but just today he added me to the deed th the land we are going to build on. He's 66, I'm 54. I have no assets other than my 401k ($20,000) and my life insurance. He hates my son and wiil not do right by him. His daughter owes him over $30,000 and lives on some land he ownes. Help! He's very old school and won't discuss our finances without a fight. |
