Can i allow a court to seize/withdraw money from my 401k to satisfy a debt that is now being garnished from my wages?

I need to stop this garnishment as soon as possible and the only funds i have are in my 401k. i cant take out a loan because i have reached the limit on the number of loans allowed. thank you
