What happens if you cant find the beneficiary on the 401k Plan? My father passed away recently and we cant locate spouse, they have been separated for at least 12 years now with no contact. Looks like he never changed the beneficiary. We think she may be out of state but cant locate her. I am his only living relative, do I have claim on his 401K? |
