Spouse support

My wife is 41 i am 60 we lived together for 9 yrs i was soul support of her she worked but paid nothing in living expences because she had to pay child support. we got married 6/14/04
now she wants a divorse all of a sudden. her old boyfriend is back in picture.I had a accedent 3 yrs ago lost 2 fingers and loss of feel on rest of hand she now works for a credit union has a 401k from taco bell and the credit union that she worked for 6 yrs before we were married. would i be intitled to 1/2 plus the stocks and certificates plus get spousal support and her to pay for health insurance and for my legal fees i only do odd jobs here and there nothing steady since accent.i was in construction at time of acciedent 3 1/2 yrs ago we have a motagage and a sba loan from hurricane damage we had gotten 26,000 from insurance and 32,000 from sba this was before my accedent i did most of the remodeling we used some of the money for kitchen cabnets,flooring in living room,and a new roof. most of the rest i paid for out of my funds not from the loan or insurance. she finally did admitt that she and old boyfriend got together she says only once but that was 2 weeks ago then she hit me saying she wants a divorce.she did tell me she has used the money from the insurance and sba loan for her childrens college they do not live with us.we live in the state of florida

Your case is too complex to calculate from this information. You neglected to ,mention any settlement you got from workers comp or any disability. If you have not applied for SSDI you should do so, though it may be moot in 3 years, but three years is 3 years.
You said nothing about the house either. If she used mutual funds for her children, you may be entitled to an offset against her 401k if she has not cashed it in. You need to see a divorce attorney and get a freeze on her assets before she cashes them in ,normally you would not be entitled to anything she had before you married. Just get to an attornet, and do not hide any assets from your attorney.
