Recently retired. what should I do with my 401k? Please advise.

I've noticed that my investments have decreased in value over the past year, and now that my employer or myself will no longer be making contributions to the plan, what would be my best course of action? If the current trend continues, my present balance of $7,893.89 will now start decreasing, and, obviously, I don't want that to happen. My name is Harold Weiser and my plan # is 46086K. Please give me your most practical recommendation as soon as possible. Thank you.
