Pre-tax 401 contributions I am 57 yeas old. Is ther a limit on the amount I can defer pre-tax into my 401K? |

As long as the employee does not exceed the 11,500 limit for the year for contributions, can 20% of their paycheck be contributed pre tax to their simple ira?
If we are filing married joint return, both has 401 taken out. one of us went to a state college part time in 2009. we made $35,000 total. can we take the tax credit?
