I took early retirement and am getting $128.00 a month from my 401k. i owe 38,000 on a second, which i am paying $300 a month. would it be smarter to take out the money from my 401k and pay off the second? am 60 years old

Can i use a 401k to pay down a mortgage and heloc to a reasonable level?

I'd like to use an entire 401k to pay down my mortgage to a reasonable level. i am 54, wife only working part time. 401k is a seperate from an old employer, have second 401k with current employer. retirement looks grim, but i don't have plans to live that long.
