Is a diesel shop supposed to supply drinkable water for mechanics if the ground water is not drinkable?

If ground water is not drinkable, is the company repsonsible for providing drinkable water?

Under OSHA rules there has to be a supply of potable water available. to all employees. at all times. and a bathroom,whether its a potapotty or what ever. so yes. they have to provide this. no questions asked.
