If I voluntarily turn my automobile back in to the loan company am I still responsible for the payments and can they garnish my wages

The loan company informed me that they can garnish my wages in order to pay off the balance of the automobile.

Yes they can take part of your wages but 1st they will call and make threats to you for awhile before they do this!
