If i am an hourly employee and i am being sent out of town for company business such as to a seminar am i entitled to be paid my regular hourly wage

If i am an hourly employee and i am being sent out of town on company business to a 4 day seminar am i entitled to be paid my regular hourly wage

Yes any time you are on company business and that includes seminars for the company all your wages and motel food and all other things must be paid by the company. even travel !
