Your spouse's Social Security benefits were available to you when you turned 60. If you are receiving benefits based on your income then I suggest you contact your local Social Security office and make an appointment. You can choose to receive your late husbands benefits if they are higher,(which I suspect it will be) rather than continue to received your reduced benefits since you retired before your full retirement age.
