I need to get hand controls for the "smart" car

Early in 2008, I entered into the 99 dollar smart car reservation program. My car arrived at the end of december, 2008. I have been in regular contact with the smart car center here in chandler, AZ. It is now 2 months into 2009, and I can still get no information the dealership on how to install hand controls on this car (my present ones will now fit the new smart car). I am simply getting the run-around by the dealership, and they're saying it's my responsibility to find a place that can intsall this. The way I am looking at it is I paid for the reservation program, with the option to buy in early o8. and they are not living up to their end of the deal. What options do I have available?
