I'm very concerned about my rights to my unborn child

I'm a stay at home mom "right now"I have big goals and plans for my children my first borns father passed away 6 days before she was born . No i'm not married to the father of my unborn child he left us 3 months before my due date. He does not have a record or bad background he has a good job and will he be favored for that? Im wishing to have full legal and physical sole custiody of my baby and if not will my opionion as there mother change that? We didnt know eachoher long and i'am very worried and stressing out thinking that this man will have the rights to take my baby when he pleases very uncomfortable with that situation also on how it will effect are lives with this man comming in and out?

First off, the dad has the same rights as you have. Maybe he is stressing out thinking of you keeping his child! Achild is much better knowing both parents & having contact with both parents than not. The guy sounds like a good guy, so why would you consider keeping him from his child if he wants involved, then on the flip side, you r stressing about something you know nothing about, he may not even want involved in childs life. Quit stressing, not good for unborn baby!
