I am looking for a holding company, am I looking in the right plae?

In Jan of 2006, I purchesed a 2006 Harley Davidson se ultra classic, this is a $45,000 motorcycle, since, I had bad credit, I purchesed it under my then girlfriends name on her credit. I have made every payment on time, and have proof I have done so, but, since her and I have split up, we both want to get someone, to help with the situation, My credit is still not very good, there is still $24,000 owed on the bike, can I get this bike in my name or have a holding company put it in there name until it is paid off?

Try your bank the bike is worth more than the note they may accept it as collateral
