Hpw do file a lein on a tax return?

My ex-husband was ordered to pay me any income tax return he recieves until his repayment of a 401K is paid off. How do I ensure I will receive his tax return? Is there a way to put a lein his return so that it is sent directly to me?

You will need to go through a lawyer.

I would like to know after my W2 for what other things i can add to my tax refund like i brought a car last year 2012. my school loan, my rent , gas money to work.
