How much alimony and child support would I owe? I am 62 years old and my wife is 43. We have been married for 8 years. We have a 4 year old son. We are living off $1600 Social Security plus $1000 a month from Social Security for my son. I used to make good money before being laid off due to the economy and we have a nice house but we are living off my savings and 401K. The 401 is mine from before we were married. My wife does not work and is a stay at home mom. I just need guidelines to get an idea of what my financial responsibilities would be. |
