How do we get our funds from 401k? Our employer decided to withdraw his money from our 401k. This turned into a nasty verbal battle with the head of the 401k company because of the high administrative fees. The company sent a letter immediately resigning from all interaction with our business. How do we get our money out? We only have 3 people contributing to the 401k.T hey refuse to distribute it. I would like to get mine in order to roll it over but its just sitting there. What are our options and is this legal for them to hold our funds. |
