How do I change from an S Corp back to an LLC

I filed via a form 2553 for S Corp filing status in early 2009 in anticipation of considerable work for my consulting business. The business was much less than I expected and I would like to file my 2009 taxes as a LLC. Is this possible?

How do I change from an S Corp back to an LLC....Obtain an articles of organization form to create a LLC from the secretary of state's office.File the articles of organization at the secretary of state's office or submit over the Internet at the agency's website.Prepare and pass a resolution dissolving the S-Corp.Commence operations of the business as an LLC. You can contact information for the local and state bar associations is available through the American Bar Association.
