House going into forclosure need advice My husband purchased a house in TX, I am not on the loan or the title, I recently received a letter stating that the house is going into foreclosure and when I called the attorney regarding this matter I was told that I sign a trust deed so I am responsible also. Is this correct and how can I get out of this situation. |

See if he could some how resale the house to you and put it in your name. I know that there is some way that the house could be sold to you. In the state of California, It could sold for only $1. Check in the state where you live. You can contact the a Housing Commuity or in the county you live in . Also check in your local white pages.
