Hourly wage I am an hourly employee and i am being sent out of town for a seminar for the company i work for i will be out for 4 working days am i entitled to get paid my hourly wage for those days |

I am limited on the amount that i can contribute to my 401k by my paycheck, which is a nominal hourly wage and basically covers my tax obligations. how can i contribute the cash portion of my wages into the 401k? i wish to contribute the maximum allowable, which is 16,500 for 2010.
My employer offers as an option in our 401k plan a pcra account through charles schwab.the salary work force has the avai;ability(computer access) to buy or sell stocks while at work.the hourly work force does not have that option.is there any law specifying that the plan being equal?
