Domestic & Financial Problems My husband and I are separating after 6 years of marriage. My only income is Social Security Disability. The house is in his name, he has a large 401K and Life Insurance, and over $4000.00 in the credit union. At first he agreed to give me $5000.00 when I left. He is not as agreeable now.
