Depends on the gang. Those on Wall Street most likely do.

Answer 2/9 - Submitted 9/2/2010

Being a gang member is irrelevant to receiving 401k with stock options. Gang members are still people and they work just like the rest of us do. As long as they work and pay there annual taxes they will receive 401k. Even if they are working illegitimately on the street to earn money,as long as they claim taxes on a portion of what they earn they will be eligible.

Answer 3/9 - Submitted 9/2/2010

Not sure if they need a retirement plan at all, perhaps just good dependant coverage

Answer 4/9 - Submitted 9/2/2010

I don't think that there is any connection between being in a gang and getting 401k.

Answer 5/9 - Submitted 9/2/2010

They probably need good burial insurance more.Or a plan that cares for dependents when they are incapacitated (incarcerated).

Answer 6/9 - Submitted 9/28/2010

Some gang members will have their retirement in a correctional institute. As far as a 401 K , guess that's like getting x-tra visits from family.....

Answer 7/9 - Submitted 9/28/2010

Maybe this be a interested story to hear on the history channel show called gangland.

Answer 8/9 - Submitted 9/28/2010

Lol, No they don't. Just legal options.

Answer 9/9 - Submitted 9/28/2010

Most gang members don't live that long.
