Correcting a division of debt and assets in florida a 50/50 state Divorced in 2006. marital debt in my name on credit cards, marital assets in ex's name in form of a 401K. My ex was to pay half the debt and give me half the 401K. Had to get a QDRO pulled out my half of the 401K but the judge subtracted my half of the 401K as a payment toward her half of the debt owed. this is the only payment i have recieved as of yet. can i have the court correct the math error after this amount of time based on the fact that it is a 50/50 state and it is an obvious error? |
