I am over 59.5 years old and want to withdraw from my 401k for education. is there a way to do so with claiming it as income?
I didn't work in 2008 but i received the 401k money i had coming to me from my previous job. do i still file taxes and if yes can i claim my 2 kids?
I have a 401k plan at work. i have been told that if i claim it i may get more money back if thats the case is there a special form i have to fill out or is there a place on the form already and is it self explanatory
