Can we use QDRO to pay off each others debt. Can we write our QDRO in the decree , for example, she would give me money from her 401K and my money to her from my 401K and pay off each others marital debt that we both have agreed to keep in the decree. For example, In the agreed order ,I would keep the house and she would keep her car. I would put in the QDRO for my 401K money going to her would be for her to pay off the house, then in turn it would be in my name. The same for her car, she would send me enough money from her 401K , then I would in turn pay off her car.
