Can i "show just cause" as to why my divorce should be reversed?

I was divorced for 8 years from my first husband after 23 years of marriage. After eight years of being divorced, i met a man and after 3 weeks he proposed marriage. I explained i am disabled and am receiving alimony and if i marry him, i will loose all that. He "promised" he would take care of me financially for the rest of my life". We married 3 months later. I sold my home and upon his insistance, i gave him all the proceeds. A year later, when i had no funds of my own, he threatened me if i did not sign off on our 401k (which was his before marriage) (and i wouldn't receive any of it should he pass away), he would divorce me. I would not sign and we have been in a divorce case for 4 years now. Without me knowing, a friend saw our divorce in the newspaper november '09. My lawyer fees are breaking me. I can't earn a living and i cannot live with this divorce. I will not receive any alimony and the judge awarded me pracically nothing in her judgment. Even thought the order is minomole, my ex (now) is appealing to the superior courts for the second time to appeal the judge's order. He promised to take care of me financially and now has all the money i had. Plus i do not recieve anymore alimony from my first husband. All this started in 2002. It's now 2010 and it's still going on! He also owes my deceased father's estate money he borrowed which is being included in the order. Can i show just cause to reverse the final divorce based on "promisory estople"? Or something?
