Can I block my company from trading funds out my 401k which create sustained looses? My company in two weeks is going trade three mutual funds that have lost 40% each this year in the on three funds that performed better this year. This will cause everyone who has invested in these funds to loose their money. We are told that these 401k's and mutual funds are long term investments yet my company has changes our plan provider 4 times in 10 years and has lost it's employees 100's of thousands of dollars each time it has made a change? Is their any way to block them from doing this forced sale? |
