Can a fired employee recover 401K funds from a former employer? I was employed for 10 years by a CA airline and had a 401K account there for those 10 years. The airline fired me. To complicate matters, this airline declared bankruptcy a few years ago. Is there a way to recover those 401K funds? I had thought that it was hopeless, so didn't try before now. |
