Can a company legally reposses a car when its current on payments but have accumulated late fees that are more then 5% of the payment without a cureme

I have a car that is not behind on payment however the company has charged me with late fees when the money order doesnt hit there business by saturday even though the money order is made out on thursday. and also in the contract by the state of iowa it says that late fees are 5% of the payment and that means that they are actually charging 25% is that legal.

If its in the contract it is legal. companies usually don't repo on late changes as long as you are paying.
