Any advice on child custody??PLEASE Me and my husband have had my step-son in our custody for the past 4 years in mo, we recently let him come back to KS with his mom, you had not been stable at all, we moved back as well. After some incidents with her and my step-son, we decided for his best intrest he needed to move back in with us. Now she wants to have him everyother weekend, but her and my husband were never married, so niether of them has went to court for custody the police told us a long time ago it was whoever he was physically with, but I have typed up a document that i want her to sign, stating he lives with his father FT, and see's her everyother weekend, is this legal enough to keep her from taking him, we dnt hve $$ for court yet?? |
