401k loan repayment being demanded in full and I'm still employed at same company. My company started a 401k plan last year and the provider has done a horrible job with the record keeping. So my company decided to go with a new provider and the old provider is refusing to roll a loan that I took out earlier this year over to the new provider. Instead they are demanding the balance to be repaid in full. I would like to think that the legal loan agreement that I entered with them would have some weight to it! I have made my payments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the loan. |
