When can i rollover my 401k to an ira My current 401k is with my company. They are changing 401K firmsand the new one does not have a comparable fund (I had my 401K in fixed portfolios - the new investment firm does not offer fixed portfolios). Do iIhave to move my money to the new funds if I don't want to? Can I rollover the money to a IRA without leaving my job or retiring? I don't want go with the new firm? Can I be forced to or can I drop out? |
