When are you fully invested

I am geting a new job and wont to use my 401k to help stay caught up on bills.well i get what my company has put in my 401k plan or just my money

Vesting is different for each company.. Some of them you are fully vested after 2 or 3 yrs or 1000 hours of service per year... Some are graded... you earn 20 or 25% of employer contributions each year, so it takes 5 or 6 years to earn it all, however you would get some...
Your last statement should show your vesting..
The administrator can confirm your vested %, and advise what the vesting schedule is. (some have been reported wrong)

I live in ny and am enrolled in my company 401k plan inwhich they contribute 3%. right now i am 60% vested. they are closing the company, do they have to fully invested me 100% and put in their matches or do i just i just receive the 60% of their matches?
