My husband is 46 and has lost about half of his 401k. Should we take everything left and invest in a money market or CD? My husband has decreased his contribution in his 401k because we need the extra money know. The stock market has taken almost half of what he has contributed. I am a full time student and not working. I will graduate in the Spring of 2010. We are afraid that he will lose everything. Should we withdraw the rest and roll it over in a CD, money market, or roth Ira, and will we be penalized for it? |
