In New Hampshire how old do you have to be to enroll in 401K?

I was wondering if you had to be 18 or 21 before you could get a 401k in NH.

The 401k and the IRA are a federal programs, not a New Hampshire ones. There is no minimum age mentioned in the publications from the irs. I suppose if you were a minor, your parents would have to be involved in setting it up; otherwise you can contribute to a plan according to the usual rules.
