If I withdraw money from my 401K to pay for my daughters college will I be subject to any penalties or taxes We owe about $30,000 for my daughters college and I wanted to use my 401K to pay those loans off. Can I do this without penalty or taxes? If I do owe taxes or penalty - how much would I have to pay - what percent? |
