I worked for a CPA firm for 4 years, I know they had 401k plan, how can I find out if I have any money in the account

You should have documentation on the account. Just call the broker or visit a local branch. Here is theire website: http://www.edwardjones.com/en_US/index.html I would get do a rollover to firm like Fidelity. I don't trust my former employers with my retirement money.
