Yes, if you left it to be administered by your old employer, it should still be there, short of them going out of business and turning it over as abandoned property to the state if you moved and didn't provide them with your new address.
Contact your old employer and ask to speak with their HR department or benefits administrator and provide them with your current address and you should start receiving your statements again.
