I am on li visa and a member of 401 k for last 15 months and now i am getting back to my country of origin what is the best

My deposits with the 401 k for last 15 monthsamount to about $30.000 and i am going to be 65 years on 1st sep 08 you may pl advise the best course of action for getting maximum benifit out of this scheme. my l-i visa is expiring by sep 09. and i will be posted back in india from july 08 onwards.
