I am 59 years old and want to withdraw 6000 from my 401 k. How much tax would I have to pay. I have already paid tax once

I want to withdraw 6000 from my 401k. After deductions last year I filed taxes on 57,000 and got back $158.00. I need to with draw some moneya nd want to know what it will do to my 2010 taxes. Thanks.

The IRS is very specific when they will or won't assess you a ten percent penalty on withdrawals before age 59 1/2. was your birthdate more than six months ago, plus one day?
