How do i find my 401 k from previous employer that went out of business? How do i find my 401K from previous employer that went out of business? |

Usually your 401K is held with an investment firm not with the company you worked for. Find out that information and then contact your EBSA office in your area which is within your Department of Labor. These programs are Government Regulated so it should still be there even if a company folds down. Good Luck!
