There is no right now about it. You have to contact your plan's administrator to go over the rules. Do you want to take the money out or just move it a different investment? Most big plans are reachable through the web; look over the paper work you have to see how to contact them.
If you take money out (if that is allowable under your plan rules) there may be big penalties.
