Question

Asked 4/24/2009

Do you have to be a us citizen to be able to participate in a 401k program?

If you are currenlty working in the US under a valid employment authorization can you participate in the 401k program offered by your employer? I say yes, but there is a rumor going around that you can't. I want to double check.
