Do I have to claim money drawn out of 401 as earnings on my social security

Social Security says that my earnings were more than I was suppossed to make in year but some of it was money I drew out of 401 so do I have to claim that for social security

For purposes of the Social Security repayment calculations, 401(k) distributions do not count -- they are not "earnings."
